The Foundation constantly looks for ways to promote STEM education and STEM programs in the community. Through our network of partners and friends, we are able to reach out to more community members as well as form a closely knit conglomerate of cooperating organizations. We know that the way to promote valuable initiatives is to work together and form teams.

Below is a list and description of some of our community partners and what they do! Check them out.

Community Partners

Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA)

The mission of the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA) is to empower Asian and Pacific Islander (API) Americans in civic and public affairs through education, active participation, and leadership development. To accomplish this objective, APAPA provides the following core services to the community.

Our Philosophy

InVINCIble Enterprises

Cari Lyn Vinci is founder of InVINCIble Enterprises, an organization that designs and develops print and digital products to help solve the STEM talent pool problems for Fortune 1000 companies. To do that, we empower smart, talented teens to become the future business owners & leaders in STE@M industries, SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ART and MATH. The changed 21st century demonstrates significant shortcomings in preparing teens, especially young women, for the opportunities in STE@M that this century offers.

Mathalicious

At Mathalicious, we think the world is an interesting place full of interesting questions. Do people with small feet pay too much for shoes? Do taller Olympic sprinters have an unfair advantage? How have video game consoles changed over time…and are we building the Matrix?

We also think math class is the perfect place for students and teachers to explore questions like these, and that it can be the most interesting part of the day.

Mobirobo

Mobirobo is a small, focused consulting firm. Our clients include small and large companies, but we specialize in helping early-stage and pre/post first round funded start-ups in the web, mobile, and game space.

Resource Area for Teachers (RAFT)

RAFT (Resource Area For Teaching), a non-profit organization was founded in 1994 in California, USA. RAFT’s main focus is to inspire, engage and educate children through the power of hands-on teaching.

Learning by doing. This simple yet powerful concept has been RAFT’s objective since its inception. Hands-on education translates abstract and complex subjects by incorporating activities that help children learn by doing. This ignites their interest, nurtures their natural curiosity, and also helps maintain a lifelong love of learning.

Since our founding, we’ve worked with over 4,000 girls in grades 5-12 through our after-school and summer programs in the San Francisco Bay area. We believe every girl needs personal and consistent support to succeed, and to that aim we’ve created resources for educators, families, and role models who make up her support network.
